my life as a digital nomad entrepreneur and

And when I talk about innovation I don't mean 'faster' or 'more'.
In my eyes, innovation means 'different'. More sustainable. More conscious. Slower. With an eye for people and the planet in the bigger picture.
But is this possible? Is this still possible in today's world, in which everything has to go faster, harder, better and stronger?
And if it can be done differently, how?
I offer a clear answer to this in my keynotes. In doing so, I combine my own innovative concept – ZEZELing – with concrete tools, clear insights, a down-to-earth approach and various successful business cases, which tangibly demonstrate that things can really be done differently.

“Softer, Slower, Stronger: Innovate with impact”
“ZEZEL?!”, I hear you thinking.
What do you get if you crossbreed a zebra with a donkey? In English you would say a zedonk or a zonkey, but in Dutch we call it a ZEZEL. Not quite possible, says science, however it does happen in nature.
If there’s one thing we can learn from the existence of zonkeys, it is that nothing is impossible. For me, as innovation and creativity expert, the zezel is the metaphor for a flourishing, growing and out-of-the-box thinking business, in which people and ideas can flourish to the maximum. It symbolizes a daring to think in alternatives and it embodies the conviction that an innovative path for your company can be realised; absolutely!
Daring to slow down is one of these alternatives. An alternative that is worth its weight in gold in today's world, even if it requires courage and daring. Daring to trust that precisely by slowing down, there is order in the chaos , priorities become clearer again and oxygen is created for new ideas. Also believe that innovation can also come out of rest, from a slower and more sustainable life.
As a digital nomad, I embrace this way of living and working on a daily basis. And I love to challenge managers and entrepreneurs to think, act and dream differently.
